General shipping information
We will ship your ordered products within 24 hours after you placed your order, if all items are in stock. Should any of the ordered items be on order and not in stock, we will postpone the whole order until it is complete. FM Records is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for both our Greek and international customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
Shipping costs
Your exact shipping cost, and any applicable taxes will appear in your Shopping Cart after you log in to (or create) your account. Since FM Records ships worldwide, it is not possible to calculate shipping and handling cost before logging in.
What should I expect to pay for shipping?
This depends on your location. We are located in Greece (Europe). Below is a table with shipping costs.

Let's say you are located in Greece.
If you buy 2 items you pay 3.16 + 0.36=3.52 ,for 3 items you pay 3.16 + 0.72 = 3.88 e.t.c.
Additional shipping costs
You can be charged an additional shipping fee if we have to re-ship an item due to an address error. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Shipping Delays
On Greek holidays order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed. Greek carriers do not ship or deliver on holidays.
How long does it take to get my package ?
This depends on your location. Since we send all items Priority Mail, runtimes are slightly better. Overseas shipment includes airmail. If you live in Europe, you should get your package within 3-4 business days. For the rest of the World allow 4-7 business days.Other regions vary and can be up to 14 days for very strange locations.
Delivery Time
Orders will be shipped on the same day they are placed ONLY IF they:
1.Include in-stock product.
2.Are placed by 08:00 a.m.(GMT)
If your order does not ship on the same business day, it should ship the following business day. Although FM Records's inventory is updated daily, product shown as "in-stock" at FM Records may occasionally be backordered. If this occurs, your order will ship when product is re-stocked.
Backorders (out of stock items)
FM Records makes every effort to get backordered item(s) re-stocked as soon as possible.The backordered item(s), will be delivered to you via the shipping method chosen at the time your order was placed.
Customs duties and taxes (non-Greek destinations)
Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from FM Records's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
Customs sticker
FM Records is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-Greek shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
Late or lost international orders I
In the event that an order shipped by Air Parcel Post is late, FM Records must wait 45 days before considering the order officially "lost". These delays are usually attributed to the customs process and are beyond our control.
